## What We Believe

South Penn Church of Christ follows the New Testament as its sole authority. We are not affiliated with any denomination. We seek to worship and live as the first-century church did, as described in the book of Acts.

- We believe in one God, the Father (1 Corinthians 8:6)
- We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, raised from the dead (Romans 1:3-4)
- We believe salvation comes through faith, repentance, confession, and baptism (Acts 2:38)
- We believe the church is the body of Christ (Ephesians 4:4-6)
- We believe in the resurrection and eternal life (John 5:28-29)
